What do you do if you are an attorney and you need to track that escrow account?
- You need a fancy database to track the sale and the services against the sale, right? Nope. Not at all.
- Our Point of Sale System for the Wellness folks has two worksheets in it that make tracking incredibly simple. Don't let relational database guys talk you out of shortcuts like this that are simple and powerful.

- You need more than the massage therapist, but it's really not that complex...
Active Service Contracts
These are active prepaid service contracts. The sale amounts can be verified in the Point of Sale system as can the service dates, but instead of building a complex system to tie all of that together, we just use this simple tool. When a prepaid sale is made the contract record is created. When the person uses a prepaid credit at check out, that date is noted in the treatment dates field on this worksheet. An incredibly simple system that most try to 'automate' to their detriment.
Fulfilled Service Contracts
When a contract is completed, it is cut and pasted from the Active List to the Archive (called Prepaids-Complete by this user).
